LumiCode Studio (“we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

Data we collect

We collect only data that is necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include:

• Contact details (name, email, phone number) submitted through the contact form.
• Technical log data on the use of the website (e.g. IP address, browser type).
• Data needed to manage the customer relationship.

How we use the data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and customer service.
• Delivering services and invoicing.
• Complying with statutory obligations.

Disclosure and protection of data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is processed confidentially and protected with appropriate technical measures.

We use the following trusted service providers to process data:

• Resend (email delivery) – EU region, GDPR compliant
• Vercel (hosting and analytics) – EU region

These providers process data only on our behalf and are committed to complying with data protection legislation. We use servers located in the EU/EEA whenever possible.

Retention period

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose. Data received through the contact form is kept for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted at the latest 2 years after the last contact, unless legislation requires longer retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data and request a copy of it.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Request the erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
• Transfer your data to another controller.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us by email. We respond to your request within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to analyse the use of the website. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised usage data without cookies. It does not store personally identifiable information or track users across websites.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates data protection legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
